Subscription Services
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Refunds for the current billing period are provided only if:

- Less than 10% of available content has been accessed during the current period
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund if:
- The cancellation request is submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase
- Less than 15% of the annual content has been accessed
Prorated refunds are calculated based on the number of unused months remaining in the subscription period, minus a 15% administrative fee.

Access Revocation
Upon approval of a refund, your access to the course or service will be immediately revoked. Any certificates, progress records, or downloaded materials must not be used after a refund is issued.
